My husband is a truck driver and was injured in a head on accident while working in 2017. He has had shoulder surgery, his back is in constant pain, the ringing in his ears is getting worse, he can’t even sign his name from a torn tendon in his right thumb. He has gotten physical therapy with minimal... results, shots in his back, that have been very helpful. Absolutely nothing for the ears or hand since 2017. WC just denies everything, including the shots for his back, that do help. We get the run around from Jane and WC gets away with denying any medical treatment even though they agreed to lifetime medical. My husband is angry and gets depressed because his attorney doesn’t fight for his treatment, rights, or settlement.
