Elizabeth Maebius Brady

The purpose of my review is to inform others to seek legal representation from Attorney Elizabeth Brady. Ms. Brady played the VITAL ROLE in preserving my Medical Licensure that was in jeopardy. She advocated my position zealously under the rules of the adversary system while maintaining a profession...al and civil attitude toward the Investigator for the Medical Board who demanded to "interview me" with less than a weeks notice. The END RESULT was that there was NO INVESTIGATION, no personal attacks to endure and the CASE was CLOSED. My license is saved and I have no discipline and no probation on my license as a result of a criminal issue I faced. I realized through the process, that Elizabeth cares deeply for her clients and I am so very grateful to her.

I made a huge error in judgment as a RN and was convicted of a DUI. I was defeated and I thought there was no hope for me other than harsh penalties, probation, and years of penance. A shameful place but Attorney Brady was not judgmental and provided a clear plan. Although she can’t promise anything or even tell you about her success because every case is different, I can testify to the results she obtained for me. She saved my license and negotiated away terms and I had a favorable outcome. There is a light at the end of this I am so glad I had such an amazing attorney to get me there.
