Great job defending my nursing license

Very responsive to me and my needs. Elizabeth was able to help me retain my RN license with only a letter of reproval and was able to get my administrative fees lowered by 25%. The AG,s office was asking to revoke my license. After the settlement was reached she again assisted me when I could not ge...t the Board on Nursing to return my calls to set up payments. She was ableism to get them to contact me back in less than 24 hours. She listened to what I had to say and gave me strong legal advice.

Professional & dependable

After first consulting with Mr. Spital about my administrative law case following a DUI conviction in 2015, he referred me to Elizabeth. And boy and I glad he did! Elizabeth was professional and conducted herself in a way that made me feel like she truly had my back in my case. She took time to answe...r my questions. She made it a priority make sure I did all I could to mitigate my circumstances while she navigated the judicial process. My particular case took two years to come to a final decision because it dealt with denial of intern registration, denial of initial license, and appealing Board Decisions. I avoided a hearing by taking her lead in compiling a mitigation package which I believe made the difference in my outcome. I would not hesitate to contact Elizabeth in the future, although I hope I don't have to!

Nursing license defense lawyer

Elizabeth came very highly recommended to me, and her reviews speak for themselves. My mind was put at ease having placed the fate of my case into the hands of such an experienced, thorough, responsive, and accessible professional. The only feedback I would offer is I would have appreciated some unso...licited "layman's translation" of the legal documents (accusation, settlement, etc.) pertaining to my case that she forwarded on to me. Of course whenever I asked her to help clarify she was incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is unfortunately having to face any sort of action against their professional license.

Detailed and deliberate

Mrs. Brady did a lot of work to help me win a charge against my BBSE license which was a borderline ethics charge by a BPD client. I was not hopeful but she managed to protect my license. She also went the second mile to help me prepare my malpractice insurance paperwork. I’m very grateful.

Amazing...

I hired Elizabeth Brady as my attorney regarding a case I had with the BVNPT, and I am so happy I did. Due to Elizabeth’s hard work, perseverance, and efficacy my case was dropped. A few years prior, I was dealing with some health issues that caused concern for the BVNPT and because of this, I was ...required to get a psychological evaluation. I went ahead and got one and due to the outcome of the psychological evaluation, the BVNPT found no reason to even settle – they just dropped my case. This wouldn’t have been made possible without Elizabeth’s help and strong work ethic. I am so grateful and thankful to Elizabeth. While this was a very stressful experience, Elizabeth did all she could to make this experience a good one. I highly recommend Elizabeth to all of those who are seeking help with their license – you won’t be disappointed! Elizabeth is great and I am so glad she helped to put all of this behind me.
