SUCCESSFUL PETITION FOR EARLY TERMINATION OF BOARD PROBATION AFTER ONE YEAR

Elizabeth represented me regarding my early termination of probation on my professional RN license after I got in trouble at work and was reported to the BRN. She carefully guided me as to all communications with the state licensing board and the Petition process and was quick to answer all my quest...ions and concerns. She was a great counselor before and during probation and the result is my probation is successfully terminated early after only one year. I recommend you call her for any licensing issues you have. She truly cares about her clients and will fight for you.

Case closed! INNOCENT!

I cannot recommend Elizabeth highly enough. She is an amazing attorney who helped defend my nursing license against false accusations from a corrupt hospital. Facing something that threatened my livelihood was overwhelming and terrifying, but Elizabeth made the entire process so much easier for me ...emotionally. She was professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable every step of the way. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, my case was closed, and I can move forward with my career. I am beyond grateful.

Nurse Practitioner

Elizabeth served as my legal council for an accusation the BRN had filed against my RN, NP, and NPF licenses. From the moment Elizabeth and I had became acquainted, she was professional and made me feel like I was her priority. Elizabeth worked tirelessly on preparing documents and gathering inform...ation for my mitigation package. She provided guidance and offered advice that ensured me that she had my best interest at heart. Elizabeth was readily available for any question I had, no matter how big or small it may have been. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I had all the tools to make the best informed decision. Elizabeth's dedication to her practice and commitment to her work was evident throughout her involvement in my case. She was kind, caring and I felt as though she really cared for me and believed in me. The outcomes of this case was even better than we had hoped. I am eternally grateful for her commitment to excellence, her attention to detail and her character! I look forward to continuing my career as an advanced practice registered nurse.

Excellent Representation

Elizabeth gave detailed instructions and I followed them as she laid them out. The outcome: investigation closed. I highly recommend her to anyone facing allegations reported to the BRN.

Outstanding experience

What a scary experience to have your livelihood at risk. Elizabeth was amazing. She knows her stuff and the environment in which we were dealing with. She guided me through defending my RN/NP license and truly saved my family from a potential crisis. Thank you Elizabeth!
