So Bill handled a couple of cases of mine about 5 years ago and again 2 years ago. He got all charges either dropped to infractions or completely dismissed. At the time and I thought, man, this guy is amazing! So fast forward to 2016 and I am applying for my insurance state license. The city ...of San Diego forgot to report that my case was dropped to an infraction from 2012 and I almost did not get my license because of it. BUT, because Bill got that case reduced to an infraction, I was able to provide proof and get licensed!
