Unfortunately my previous review did not post so I am posting this again. As parents we are faced with hard decisions and going to court is one of the most stressful times. Choosing a lawyer can be difficult so good luck in your search, however my experience with my lawyer was superb! I would recom...mend him to anyone who wants a respectful/knowledgeable attorney. I unfortunately had to first hired Mr. Sparks in 2010/2011 for a modification to custody and support when I had to fire a previous attorney who sat on my case for close to a yr and wouldn't return my call. Once hired, he understood what concerns I had and we were able to proceed accordingly. He work diligently and we were able to settle out of court. He did an outstanding job on this case that I had to rehire him again for mod to custody/support at the beginning of 2016, however this case was more unique and I was in doubt that we would get what was in the best interest of my child. He remained calm and professional throughout the process and kept me well informed along the way. Unfortunately, we were unable to settle out of court. The day of court came and he continued to assure me that everything would be fine and to have a positive attitude. Needless to say, my attorney was able to get everything I was requesting for my child. I was blown away of how prepared he was for court. He did his research and had a response with resource documents for everything the judge questioned. I couldn't be any happier with the service I received! The attorney fees were expensive and did add up because the other party made it difficult which cost me more money but in the end it was very worth it. You get what you pay for!!! Excellent attorney! A+++++++

Don handled my unfortunate Divorce. He was first concerned about me and my children and wanted me to be sure I was making the right decision (not typical of a lawyer). Then he coached me on the least expensive way to go about the proceedings, again not typical of a lawyer. Once we started the proc...ess I was surprised how attentive and responsive he was. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. My emails were returned almost instantaneously. This guy really knows his stuff. He was coaching my ex-wifes lawyer on the right way to file paperwork. This guy truly cares about you, your family and your well being. I would highly recommend Don for your next divorce :-).

Caring and extremly devoted! Mr. Don Starks was truly my rock and hammer throughout my case. Mr. Starks level of knowledge is unquestionable and he meticulously explains the entire process to your understanding. He communicates updates with you regularly, but most importantly he cares about your need...s and exhibits it in a loving but professional manner. My highest regards for Mr. Don Starks. I promise you won't regret it.
