Robert James Baumer

There was a lot of comments that Robert was going to run up my retainer etc. But that was ALL false. He really REALLY tried,...He even compensated me for some of the issues that wasn't solved. How many lawyers have you heard of THAT happening? Never. He took the case as far as humanly possible. He wo...rked hard,...I know its always a hesitation to hire someone. Be he will work for you. Although the case didn't turn out the way I wanted it,...it was circumstances outside of what Mr. Baumer control and I acknowledge that. I can say it is very honest and forthright. You can't say that about most lawyers either. Mr. Baumer is truly an exception.

Had a lot of court experience which is what I wanted. He is known as a tough guy in court, a bull dog, which is also what I wanted. He was honest and told me my case could go either way. He made me aware of the challenges I would be facing and what my financial obligation may involve. He's not ch...eap but the other others I talked to were in his ballpark price and some were lower but did not have much court room experience. I weighed my options and thought I was better off paying someone who had fought many court room battles rather than hiring someone with little court room experience. Yes, I won my case but even if I didn't I wouldn't have Judged him harshly as he told me upfront that he could not guarantee that he would win. Let's face it no one is guaranteed anything much in life. Even if you had the best case in the world, I know that Judges don't always rule in your favor. They have a mindset of their own and talk about EGO. Enough said, I would recommend this attorney.
