I prepared and organized documents thoroughly BEFORE calling for a free first meeting so that he could see the depth and breadth of these complex issues and I could determine his ability to comprehend and analyze. I created a cover sheet with a profile, a summary of the facts and the documents. He was amazing. Baumer read EVERYTHING, assimilated the most important facts, analyzed their importance to this case, created a series of suggestions and a Game Plan to go forward.
