Biography
Daniel R. Tamez, Esq. has been practicing personal injury in San Diego since 2001. Originally from South Texas (McAllen, San Antonio, Houston), Daniel began working with a large personal injury firm in Houston Texas from 1999 to 2001.
After arriving in San Diego, he began his career as an associate litigating traumatic injury cases. After 4 years of helping victims of tragic accidents, he began his solo practice. Daniel has worked on over 1,000 personal injury cases included automobile collisions, dog bite cases, and trip and fall cases including helping Spanish speaking only clients.
Daniel has been a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Bar Association. Daniel was one of 2007’s recipients of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego’s “Outstanding Trial Lawyer of the Year” award for his trial work on the Armstrong vs. Breslin case.
