I have been actively practicing law in San Diego since January 1977, in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury. I have served as a judge pro tem and a judicial arbitrator for superior court.
Even though I have over thirty two years experience and have handled thousands of cases during that time, my fees are still reasonable and affordable.
I believe that, in addition to having experience in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury, the attorney must have the time to apply this experience to your case. For that reason, I handle only a limited number of cases at any one time. That way, I can devote the time needed to obtain good results for my clients. Of course, I handle all my cases personally: the client is not turned over to some less experienced associate as is done is some law offices.
Since the decision as to which attorney to hire is very important, I offer my clients a free consultation with me personally.

I was able to get him probation, and kept him out of state prison.
I was able to keep him out of prison. He was granted probation.
At the preliminary hearing, I was able to have the judge dismiss all assault with deadly weapon/force likely to cause GBI, and all felony charges. Client was able to plead to misdemeanor.
I negotiated a plea whereby all allegations of great bodily injury were dismissed. He was guaranteed probation, with no state prison commit. And had an agreement that the charge would be reduced to a misdemeanor upon successful completion of probation.
