Mr. Ramirez kept continuing my case and sent in his FAMILY to court on my behalf to later hear it has to be CONTINUED over and over and over again. I caN tell you this, the judge was NOT impressed. I was so sick at the end of this that i decided to take a plea......i got screwed over at the end of th...e day. I cant find a job to save my life. I am being denied job after job after HE told me DONT WORRY ABOUT IT YOU WILL BE FINE. My first case was in 2005 and he did excellent work and my last case was in 2011 and it dragged on until February of 2013 and i still have a felony after i was told i wouldnt. I was mislead and NEVER informed as to what was going to happen in my case. When my case was over in 2013, i stood there like a dummy not understanding what happened and Mr. Ramirez says, i have another case, ill talk to you later, im like what just happened!!!?? I never heard anything from him NOR anyone from his office!!! we are now 2015 and stuck. I cried my whole way out of the court room and was ashamed as to what happened. He started off really good but i feel i he failed me, as a woman, as a mother AND AS A HUMAN BEING. Karma is a B&%$H!!

This man is trying to take me to court for took from me after being in prison for way more time than I should have had, He told me that he would get me sixteen months instead I got four years with 80% and while i'm in jail he picked up all my property that was taken by the feds, I was released this ...year in January and when I contacted his office I got the worst run around ever all lies and avoidance on his part, when I got mad and told him how I felt about the whole matter he decides to take my words and turn them into words of criminal treats now I have to find money to get out of this mess , This lawyer is petty and useless, not worth your time....

Mr. Ramirez came thru for me when the COURTS failed me. I went in & tryed to get on calendar ASAP & the clerk scheduled me for 6 weeks away, so much for ASAP. They suspended my Licence for FTP! I presented the clerk with all my receipts of proof of payment & she didn't care & still scheduled me for 6... weeks out. Meanwhile, after hiring Mr. Ramirez, he went down to clerks office & got on me on calendar in 3 days! This is my 3rd case with Mr. Ramirez, each time he has gone above & beyond my expectations. His expertise in many fields has been accomodating to all my needs to me as well as family & friends. I would use him over & over again. (Let's hope, i wont have to though). Thank you Mr. Ramirez for all you've done & continue to do.

I was charged with 3 different felonies looking a maximum exposure of 7 years. Before I hired Mr. Ramirez, the DA offered me 3 years state prison time. Mr. Ramirez came in and right away I could tell he knew what he was doing. Mr. Ramirez did a great job in his cross-examinations at my prelim. He... contradicted the witnesses and officers statements making them look real bad. I thought he did a real good job, but the judge felt it was enough to proceed with the next phase. After seeing what he did at my prelim, I had enough confidence in him to go to trial. The one thing I liked most about Mr. Ramirez was he kept it real. He didn't sugar coat anything. I knew he had my back 100% whether I decided to go to trial or not, but at the same time he told me what I was looking at if we lost. My decision boiled down to if he was able to get me a good deal (since I was guilty of the crime) I would take it rather than leave my fate in the hands of 12 in the box. He ended up getting me a deal with the DA of 1 year local custody. But Mr. Ramirez also went out of his way to see what the judge was willing to do at my sentence. Me expecting to go into jail at my sentence, somehow Mr. Ramirez was able to get me a suspended sentence with 3 yrs probation. Now obviously everybody's cases are different, but the fact that he went out of his way for me showed me what kind of lawyer he really was. And i've had some horrible attorneys. He filed every motion possible relevant to my case and even a pitchess motion to get background info on the officers to see if there were any formal complaints filed on them. We bumped heads a few times, but at the end of the day I wouldn't have changed attorneys if I could have. I highly recommend him
