Jason Ebert began working with Howard Wiggins in early 2005 after moving here from Sacramento to his wife’s hometown of Carlsbad. Over the years, Howard kindly passed along his experience in drafting estate planning documents, assisting with Trust administration and probate administration issues and advising clients regarding estate tax considerations as well as explaining various retirement planning and gifting strategies. With Howard’s tutelage, Jason is now very competent to handle most estate planning issues.
In his free time, Jason likes to spend time with friends and family, travel abroad, make beer and occasionally hit the soccer field.

Relationship: Worked for lawyer
I had the opportunity to work with Jason while I was in law school and later came back to him as a client for my family estate plan. In both of those situations I appreciated Jason's candor, practical approach to the law, and professionalism. By keeping a narrow focus to his practice, he is able to offer specialized knowledge and experience.

Jason is a very experienced and knowledgeable estate planning attorney. I refer all my clients, who are in need of an estate plan, to him. Truly top notch. I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer.
