If you (or someone you care about) have been recently in an accident, chances are you are worrying about what you should do next. You may also be feeling angry or frustrated, or wondering if there is a reasonable way out of this mess.
You may be asking, "Can I trust my insurance company to take care of me? How do I deal with the other insurance companies involved? Will I be forced to see the other insurance company's doctor right after the accident? Will my insurance company give me what I deserve for the damage to my car?"
As a lawyer who works with injury cases day in and day out, I am becoming more and more concerned that honest, hardworking Americans are being taken advantage of by uncaring insurance companies and even by our legal system. Insurance companies are making a fortune by low balling injured people, asserting frivolous defenses, questioning and denying reasonable medical expenses, stonewalling and other dubious claims practices. The way decent people are being treated by the big insurance companies these days is, frankly, alarming.
My name is Ronald Laba. I am an attorney who has focused on accidents and injuries for almost 30 years. Today, more than ever, I am frustrated about how hard it is for people to get straight answers to their questions during this stressful time.
In my practice I’ve found that many people are frustrated, scared, intimidated and unsure of what to do. Sometimes people find it hard just to ask for help. Some may even believe it’s wrong to bring a claim for personal injuries.
I’ve found that once I talk to people about their claim and the legal process, they feel much better and more at ease about the whole process. After talking with me they understand what’s fair, and they feel good about doing the right thing.
Either on the phone, at your home or office (whichever you prefer) we'll talk about your accident and related injuries and discuss your legal rights or whatever you would like to talk about.
It is my hope that during this interview I can help you:
Remember, you are under no obligation and no one will pressure you! Nobody likes being pressured. I certainly don’t like being pressured. That’s why you must be careful and take the time to make the best decisions possible. You can’t make a good decision if you are being pressured.
My goal is to simply create a place where you feel comfortable talking with an expert about your legal options and answering any questions you may have. I understand that this can be a difficult time! You may not be feeling well because of the pain of your injuries. Stress and tension can make things much worse.

A credit to his profession!
Mr. Laba not only has chosen a profession that deals with conflict, he works within a system that resolves conflicts and finds "truth," through an adversarial process. In such a process, effectiveness as a human being requires grounding in civility, respectful communication, comfort in relationship, ...
"Ron is an excellent trial attorney. He is caring, compassionate and really gets to know his clients, so that he can share their story and connect with the jury. This is a rare and extremely valuable trait to have in your lawyer when you've been injured and put through the ringer by the insurance adjusters. Juries want to know that they can help you, and that they can make a difference in your life. Ron has the ability to empower them through telling his client's story in a meaningful and impactful way. The result is phenomenal."
"Ron is an old time lawyer. He gets to know his clients so that he can serve them better. He cares about his clients and as such, he fights for their rights with a bull doggedness rarely found in today's attorneys. Most importantly, Ron has compassion for his clients, energy for the long fight ahead and a passion for what he does. As a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College, he's learned and honed a skill set that less than 1% of 1% of all attorneys have when he learned from the very best... Gerry Spence and his talented staff of teachers. If you want the best chance to maximize your damages, call Ron. You won't just get a talented attorney, you'll find you have a caring and compassionate advocate who will be there for you, every step of the way."
"Mr. Laba is a thoughtful advocate with a keen intellect for personal injury and product liability claims. His knowledge of the law and how to work with the courts and opposing counsel is inspiring. Ronald is the first person I call when I am considering a product liability claim. I trust Ronald to give me the information and insights that will help me successfully see the case from the beginning to the end. A practitioner with over 30 years experience Ronald is deliberate in case selection and in client representation. You can rest assured that if you are working with Ronald he will listen to your concerns and will prepare a plan to get you the results that you deserve. Above all else Ronald cares about his clients and helping them get justice. Ronald's passion for justice is what drives him to be an exceptional advocate and that is only one small reason I endorse this attorney."
"I endorse this lawyer. Ron is the lawyer that I call when I have a question about a dangerous drug or medical device. His knowledge is unmatched. Ron actively listens to his clients so that he can understand their injuries and present their case. If you have been injured as the result of a dangerous drug or medical device, Ron is the lawyer you need to call."
"Ron is a terrific trial lawyer with near encyclopedic knowledge. Ron's true gift is his compassion for clients and their families. That is why I endorse Ron without hesitation."
