Positive recommendation for Bob Linton

I am an Indiana resident who needed to approach a medical malpractice attorney in regards to a potential case for my mother who is an Ohio resident. My company's corporate attorney recommended the Linton Law Firm and I am so grateful he did as Bob and his staff were exemplary in guiding, educating, a...nd directing me to the steps that were necessary in order to proceed to litigation against a hospital and rehab facility that mistreated and harmed my mother. In six months time Bob spent hours with me on conference calls and his assistant Robin worked tirelessly with me in obtaining and documenting medical records all at no cost to my family. His insight was invaluable and I would recommend his services to anyone who is looking to hire a dedicated, personable, above board attorney who truly has compassion for individuals who have suffered for unnecessary reasons.

I highly recommend Mr. Robert Linton to anyone in need of an outstanding, top-rated attorney. Robert Linton--Bob--as I and my family came to address him, soon became "like family" to us. I confirm that Bob is a kind (and one-of-a kind), empathetic, honest attorney who dedicates not only himself, hi...s team and legal assistant Robin, and all his resources to his client, but his passion for his craft. Bob was totally invested in championing my case for justice and fair compensation, following an automotive crash, which caused me injury. Pre-existing medical conditions complicated my case, ones which I previously were able to balance and manage, now worsened, changing the trajectory of my life, robbing me of participating in those activities which I previously, fully enjoyed with my family. Bob skillfully navigated the flawed legal system, to right the wrong carelessly committed against me, by a negligent driver. Owing to Bob's solid character and resolve, he continually reaffirmed my confidence in his legal guidance throughout the legal proceedings.
