Alexander C. Verduci

I have read through all of these posts on Alex. When I first met him he talked about his military career, if that meant something to me. I did hire him. As others have said, I couldn’t get ahold of him at all. His son I could get a hold of at times. I think it’s sad that other attorneys posts on here... about his character. Maybe they should hire him. If I had the time I would put a sign outside the court house saying Stay Away From Alex Verduci!

I agree with the others that have posted. This old man deserves no stars of any sort. I am still fighting my X in vista court. Mr Verduci would come in late to court unprepared and I would call his office and his son would be out to lunch for a few hours. My lawyer fees are to the roof. He has made m...e look bad in front of the judges. Like I should have read before hiring him he needs to retire. I have already contacted the California BAR. STAY AWAY from this loss cause. I wish I had the energy to write more.

Alex Verduci was a horrible attorney who I would never hire again. He did not return calls. He was rude to me. I would not recommend this attorney and find it frustrating when crappy attorneys have their so called "friends" post reviews. I am also going to the bar with my complaints. I don't find hi...m ethical and I find it so concerning that this person is able to practice law.

I have known Alex for many years, both as a personal friend and client (twice!) My first experience with him was while he was the Director of Family Law (paraphrased) at MCB Camp Pendleton. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint me in either performance of his duties or his ethics! T...he second time was in private practice (post retirement) and my personal and professional opinion had not changed ... he prevailed! Also during that time, I became familiar with his advocation and involvement in children's rights, for which the community was/is in his debt. I spent a considerable amount of time at his home, during which I got to know his wife and son, who were/are very supportive to the best of my knowledge! Like the previous reviewer, I have my doubts about the legitimacy of some of the reviews and their claims. Unless something changed drastically since I dealt with him last, I would definitely dismiss the negative comments as biased for one reason or another. I will be verifying my opinion as I have recommended his services to a dear friend of mine and have rated him as neutral, pending the outcome of my solicitation. I will submit another review upon the conclusion of that litigation, please stand by!

I can't say much but I was forced to hire him by the courts and he's a bully and sided with the alienating parent. He slept during my custody case and the judge and lawyers were laughing he helped my ex legally kidnap my kids and rape me financially he's not in the best interest of the child!!!!!! ...
