Alexander C. Verduci

Alex Verduci was a horrible attorney who I would never hire again. He did not return calls. He was rude to me. I would not recommend this attorney and find it frustrating when crappy attorneys have their so called "friends" post reviews. I am also going to the bar with my complaints. I don't find hi...m ethical and I find it so concerning that this person is able to practice law.

Mr. Verduci talks a big game. He is everything but that! I'm extremely disappointed in him and the poor job that he has done for my family. I went to him for help not the other way around. I am up to my head in bills from him cause of his actions that he has done. His advice was terrible. I have enco...untered the same things that everyone else that has said something unfavorable about him and his rude son that works for him. If you choose to waste your money and time make sure you look over the bills that are sent they will try to over charge you unless you keep a good eye on them. Also, good luck on trying to reach them either by email or by phone. He will also wait to the day prior to your court date to get any kind of paperwork for the day of court. And he will try to smooth you over with his old Marine Corps stories. I tell everyone to stay clear of this family and the games that they play with everyone that is hoping that this man would be able to help me out with custody with my kids. Thanks for nothing Alex.

Stay away from this attorney. My calls and e-mails were not answered although he always answered those of my ex spouse. He was extremely biased toward the ex spouse and I'm not sure what he was told to sway him but he did not nor would not listen to anything I had to say. He represented my childre...n and after a while my children did not want to see him. They disliked him very much saying he talked down to them, did not listen to them, and misrepresented what they said. He held very long "mediation" meetings with me and my ex spouse that did not resolve anything because of his long winded and off topic ramblings. He charged full price for these manditory mediations that consisted mostly of him talking about his military career, religion, or spouse. On one bill he actually charged me for a lengthy phone call he had with my spouse after he refused to return my call. At least on two separate occasions he did not have his reports ready for our court dates and each time we had to schedule a new court date 3 months in advance so he alone was responsible for lengthening our divorce process by 6 months. On another occasion he "forgot" it was our court date and luckily was at another hearing in the same building. My attorney was able to find him and bring him over to our hearing so we wouldn't have another 3 month delay. At one point my ex spouse was lying to him about some issues with my children to cover up. He would not talk to me and when I e-mailed him my side of the story he sent extremely rude and condescending e-mails back. He also refused to talk to my children's counselor of 2 years to find out the truth saying he didn't need any outside information. It was all such a horrible experience, I am just now able to process it all. Stay away from this corrupt lawyer. He is biased, unethical, and self serving.

Mr. Verduci represented me during my divorce. It was difficult to maintain communication with him as email and phone calls were not returned by his office. While I always received copies of the proper paper work, I was unable to have any of my questions answered in a timely manner. It made the pro...cess more difficult, however in the end there was a satisfactory divorce resolution.
