Alexander C. Verduci

Alex Verduci was a horrible attorney who I would never hire again. He did not return calls. He was rude to me. I would not recommend this attorney and find it frustrating when crappy attorneys have their so called "friends" post reviews. I am also going to the bar with my complaints. I don't find hi...m ethical and I find it so concerning that this person is able to practice law.

He needs to retire! Don't believe a damn thing is person says. I have been with him for over 2 years. Thanks for nothing! Him and my X's attorney were in on it together to screw me over. The children's custody battle was costly. This guy drained me dry. I try calling him but I get his son that is so ...lost and he's his assistant. It's a damn nightmare. He's golfing buddies with the liberal judges at vista court. If you get on his bad side your in trouble at court. And it seems like he's always with his wife instead of fighting for his clients. I hope this helps you to stay away from these JOKERS. If not like they all say on here. You can get screwed like everyone else on here.

Mr. Verduci talks a big game. He is everything but that! I'm extremely disappointed in him and the poor job that he has done for my family. I went to him for help not the other way around. I am up to my head in bills from him cause of his actions that he has done. His advice was terrible. I have enco...untered the same things that everyone else that has said something unfavorable about him and his rude son that works for him. If you choose to waste your money and time make sure you look over the bills that are sent they will try to over charge you unless you keep a good eye on them. Also, good luck on trying to reach them either by email or by phone. He will also wait to the day prior to your court date to get any kind of paperwork for the day of court. And he will try to smooth you over with his old Marine Corps stories. I tell everyone to stay clear of this family and the games that they play with everyone that is hoping that this man would be able to help me out with custody with my kids. Thanks for nothing Alex.

I still have him as my lawyer. I'm surprised he WAS a Marine. I feel as such my X wife's lawyer and him are against me. What ever you do stay away from this guy. I bet he was a terrible JAG lawyer. Him and his son will charge you for everything. You will be talking to the judge on your own behalf. So...rry about my language. But he's a lazy.

Ill Bet the Bad Reviews on this are from the from the opposite side of the isle. I work in an industry which like this happy people you dont hear from, only complainers. I also work in an industry where you have people calling you too much when there is no new info etc. Its been a few years but I wil...l say a few things. No he didnt immediately return my calls. They cant immediately return your calls. My experience if they answer your call on first ring they arent busy, which is a problem. I ran into him a few days ago which is why im posting this. He does a lot of work for organizations helping children in bad situations. Hes not a greedy taking your money lawyer. Look if you have a well respected man representing you in the courts telling your side to a judge, Mr Verducci is the one. Trust me in a nasty fight this man you want on your side. I have referred a few people to him and all good reviews. Note for those first time in this situation: it is very important to have a known child advocate and well respected attorney on your side. The process is horrible, get a seasoned attorney like Verducci or a recommendation.
