Alexander C. Verduci

I just hired Mr. Verduci. Luckily I brought copies of my wife’s phone records to show to the judge. Alex, forgot to bring copies of them with the paperwork he brought to show the judge. I felt like he wasn’t prepared for court this morning. I have been reading some of the reviews that other individua...ls have posted on him. I feel I should at least post some of my frustrations on this site. But, when it comes to court I don’t wanna lose my custody battle. I can’t lose my case cause I have a lawyer that misses certain things here and there.

I can't say much but I was forced to hire him by the courts and he's a bully and sided with the alienating parent. He slept during my custody case and the judge and lawyers were laughing he helped my ex legally kidnap my kids and rape me financially he's not in the best interest of the child!!!!!! ...

He needs to retire! Don't believe a damn thing is person says. I have been with him for over 2 years. Thanks for nothing! Him and my X's attorney were in on it together to screw me over. The children's custody battle was costly. This guy drained me dry. I try calling him but I get his son that is so ...lost and he's his assistant. It's a damn nightmare. He's golfing buddies with the liberal judges at vista court. If you get on his bad side your in trouble at court. And it seems like he's always with his wife instead of fighting for his clients. I hope this helps you to stay away from these JOKERS. If not like they all say on here. You can get screwed like everyone else on here.

Mr. Verduci talks a big game. He is everything but that! I'm extremely disappointed in him and the poor job that he has done for my family. I went to him for help not the other way around. I am up to my head in bills from him cause of his actions that he has done. His advice was terrible. I have enco...untered the same things that everyone else that has said something unfavorable about him and his rude son that works for him. If you choose to waste your money and time make sure you look over the bills that are sent they will try to over charge you unless you keep a good eye on them. Also, good luck on trying to reach them either by email or by phone. He will also wait to the day prior to your court date to get any kind of paperwork for the day of court. And he will try to smooth you over with his old Marine Corps stories. I tell everyone to stay clear of this family and the games that they play with everyone that is hoping that this man would be able to help me out with custody with my kids. Thanks for nothing Alex.

Represented me in a divorce. Completely disappeared during the important negotiations. Didn't return phone calls or emails. Left me at the mercy of the other attorney. Ended up with a terrible arrangement as a result of his inaction. Did the exact same thing to a friend of mine who used him. D...on't think these were isolated incidents. Very pissed off as it cost me a lot of money and my custody arrangements were awful. Impressive resume and first meeting. All B.S. where it matters. STAY AWAY
