Joni is an outstanding defense lawyer. I was arrested on trumped up charges for a DUI, but unfortunately for me there was not a lot lot of evidence to back up my side of the story. Joni knows every angle to approach a case from and successfully reduced it to a traffic violation. I thought my life was... over, but Joni saved me. She is highly experienced and knows exactly how to handle a case to achieve favorable results for the client. She is outgoing and easy to talk to as well - my whole predicament was grim, with seemingly little hope, but she put me at ease right away. Additionally, her rates are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of her services as a defense attorney.

I hired Joni 6 months ago due to a false TRO allegations made against me by my former spouse whom also had CPS involved and on her side which in turn hindered me from being in contact with my son whom was only 4 months old at the time. During the last 6 months Joni made me feel as if I didn’t need to... worry about anything and that she had my entire situation handled, although I wasn’t able to see my son and had the fear of possibly losing the ability to see him indefinitely I had the utmost confidence that Joni was going to make it so that I could see him once again. Watching Joni at work give me every bit of confidence that she would make this happen. Every need or question I had during this lengthy 6 months never went unmet or unanswered. Joni has definitely put in more work and time in my case than i could have asked any other lawyer to do, especially for what I paid her.(she definitely deserves more) During every meeting and every trial Joni made me feel unbelieveably comfortable with her sense of humor and positive outlook. She is unbelievably loyal and took the case as seriously as if the outcome directly effected her life. I have grown close to Joni and am actually saddened to not be able to see her as much as i have the past 6 months. I can’t say enough good things about her if you are shopping around for an attorney stop now and hire Joni because you will undoubtedly be hiring the best of the best as well as being as stress free as you could in any situation where you have to appear in court. Joni, represented my boyfriend David in a very complicate DUI case. She is an amazing attorney who is always available to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Joni, cares about her clients. If you are unable to pay the full amount she is willing to work with you. She is very passionate, k...nowledgable, and kind person who gives excellent service. I’m glad that I found her because thanks to her my boyfriend sentence was reduce to a 1 month house arrest instead of 6 months in jail. She was also able to reduce his fines from 3,000 to 800. Joni was so awesome since day 1. My wife and I had some pretty major violations. Mine in particular was driving with a suspended license, unregistered vehicle, and no insurance. She was able to help get my charges completely dismissed and help get my wife's fines reduced by more then 50%. Joni al...so helped me when I was subpoenaed for another case. Not only was she able to help me in all the cases, but she was able to do it on a days notice and really helped calm my nerves while defending me and making sure I was ok.
