I hired Dean to represent me in a Small Claims claim against Choice Home Warranty, who were reneging on an obvious covered plumbing claim. I wrote letters than Dean reviewed and with his help I filed an appeal with the company and a BBB complaint; I did not threaten the company while waiting for the ...result of this more diplomatic approach. After much back and forth with the company, they agreed to pay the claim, negating the need to go to court. Dean advised me along the way, and I am very satisfied with his advice and effort, as he was response to my emails usually within a day, even though we spanned the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
