This is an appreciation of the outstanding legal advice and help that we have received from Mr Dean Stairs. We asked for his guidance in dealing with a recurrent boundary problem with a neighbor which had lingered over many months. Mr Stairs listened to us very carefully, requested relevant details, ...analyzed the problem immediately and politely gave us valuable information on how to proceed. When the neighbor did not respond to our implementation of the advice he gave us, Mr Stairs wrote a superbly composed, courteous but firm letter (copied to us) that requested the neighbor to correct the boundary problem by a specified date and explained the legal consequences of not doing so. The neighbor then complied immediately by rectifying the problem and has not caused us any further difficulty. Mr Stairs is very accessible, calls back promptly and listens patiently to the client without interrupting. His manner is very pleasant and supportive. We consider him to be a highly competent, efficient professional who achieves results and we will certainly continue to seek his help and advice whenever needed.

A contractor failed to remove a lien on my house from 1996 after the work was paid for. This showed up during a title search.
