OMG! Mr. Stairs is AMAZING!! I originally went to Mr. Stairs for legal assistance with a company that was suing me, during this process and at the same time going through a divorce I realized that I needed a "reset",,,,meaning Bankruptcy,,, Mr, Stairs made the process so super painless!! It took ...a little longer to get it completed because "life got in the way" however he was super patient with me. He gave me top notch advice and walked me through the process,,, It is ALL OVER NOW and my Bankruptcy has been discharged,,I would recommend Mr. Stairs over and over and over again,,,,This IS your GUY!!! I hired Dean to represent me in a Small Claims claim against Choice Home Warranty, who were reneging on an obvious covered plumbing claim. I wrote letters than Dean reviewed and with his help I filed an appeal with the company and a BBB complaint; I did not threaten the company while waiting for the ...result of this more diplomatic approach. After much back and forth with the company, they agreed to pay the claim, negating the need to go to court. Dean advised me along the way, and I am very satisfied with his advice and effort, as he was response to my emails usually within a day, even though we spanned the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
