Amanda Eileen Branca

Amanda is an incredible attorney! She always replied to every email and phone call right away, which I appreciated so much after dealing with other attorney's who would take a week to make a return phone call. Amanda is considerate but won't sugar coat the legal facts, another thing I really apprecia...ted! Amanda helped me with my divorce and also helped me negotiate spousal support and child visitation issues with my ex after their refusal to get an attorney, I could trust her to contact my ex to continue to work on my behalf.

This has been one of the most difficult years in my life. I never thought I would be a single mom at 37 to a two year old and having to have a judge "order" his father to be equally financially responsible. It's not easy to look at it as business decision when it involves my son who is my world! But ...Amanda Branca helped me do just that.... From our first conversation Amanda has been amazing! She has kept me informed, prepared and has answered any and all questions I have had regarding my child support case with my sons father. I retained Amanda a year ago and my case finally just settled.... For now at least and hopefully for a long while! She has worked long and hard at every detail making sure nothing was missed or overlooked. I have to start off by saying how incredible Amanda is. I had to find a lawyer in a moment’s notice due to a TRO case I had to file against my ex-husband and a court date was set in matter of weeks. It wasn’t until a week before my hearing, and after speaking with many lawyers, Amanda was the one w...ho got my attention as being a ‘go-getter’ and I knew she’d get this situation taken care of. From the moment we spoke on the phone she got to the bottom of it and handled everything – including dealing with my difficult ex-husband. Having her as the liaison for my ex and I helped for a stress-free experience. In a matter of days she wrote up a new stipulation agreement for the safety of my loved ones and me and attended the hearing for the judge to sign the new order. The process could not have gone any smoother and I owe it all to Amanda. She’s very professional and at the same time is extremely understanding and patient. Not a moment did I feel that I couldn’t contact her at any time and I knew she wouldn’t hesitate to respond. I highly recommend Amanda to anyone who is in need of a kick-ass lawyer.

Let me start by saying my original attorney was much more expensive and not nearly as creative or detailed as Amanda. The original MSA that was drawn up was so bad that my Ex-Wife and I had been fighting over it's interpretation for almost 3 years. It finally got to the point that we were forced to g...o back to court. I didn't know what I was going to do, I had limited resources and my children were being kept from me. Amanda was a referral from a friend and immediately took action. She drafted a well thought out argument to all the underlying issues and was able to have my case resolved in less than 6 months. She was incredibly responsive, very understanding of our budget and honestly went above and beyond what would normally be expected. I would highly recommend speaking with Amanda before hiring anyone else. I really can't say enough good thing about her. Not only did we have the agreement revised in a much more proficient way, I actually ended up with more custody, which is something I never thought was possible!

Amanda is an amazing attoutney. She was responsive to every question and concern I had throughout the duration of my domestic violence restraining order case, and was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy which made me feel really comfortable with giving her all the nitty gritty details... when it came down to information that related to my case. She was on top of all the paperwork required for my case and knew the ins and outs of everything I had questions for regarding my domestic violence case and never acted like I was a bother even when it felt like I had a million and one questions. She made me feel like I was the only case she was working on and that is amazing given how busy I know she was working on a bunch of other cases and multiple clients to help. She was very ethical which I respect because so many attourneys today seem to take any dirty route to win a case but Amanda took an ethical and honest approach which is so respectable to me and what I was looking for.
