I can’t tell you how many times during my divorce I thanked my lucky stars that I stumbled across Amanda and hired her. She is truly the b...est family law attorney out there - I initially typed “one of the best” but then changed it because I honestly believe you can’t get better than her. Amanda is s superstar in literally every area possible – she is unbelievably responsive (so much so I worried I was her only client, which is obviously not the case …but that’s how she will make you feel), has expert knowledge of family law, is compassionate, is skilled and creative when it comes to negotiation, and is a pro when it comes to managing your expectations and helping you to understand and come to grips with worst and best case scenarios. In addition, she is incredibly generous in her billing – I know that I would have had to pay significantly more had I used another law firm …I’m talking 2-5 times more! Finally, she has a great sense of humor and knows when it’s appropriate to inject a bit of levity into an otherwise tense situation. My case was fairly complex – a child was involved and there was another issue where there wasn’t much case law to go off. I am very satisfied and don’t think I could have gotten a better outcome (a tough feat when it comes to family law because from what I can tell, both parties often come out of it feeling screwed). More importantly, I am so grateful to have had Amanda by my side during what has been one of the most challenging years of my life. She made an awful process bearable and helped me keep my sanity when I was overcome with anxiety, sadness, and anger. She is utterly an incredible attorney …and a genuinely compassionate and thoughtful human being.

This has been one of the most difficult years in my life. I never thought I would be a single mom at 37 to a two year old and having to have a judge "order" his father to be equally financially responsible. It's not easy to look at it as business decision when it involves my son who is my world! But ...Amanda Branca helped me do just that.... From our first conversation Amanda has been amazing! I had the pleasure of having Amanda Branca represent me for two years in a family support division contempt matter and despite the uncertainty by most in this field Amanda Branca competently and successfully represented me. I felt completely in sync with her. Amanda Branca is intuitive and passiona...te. Her ability to advocate for me in court, anticipating my concerns, and stating my exact thoughts to the court in a professional manner (eliminating the emotionally driven commentaries that I may have conveyed to her) were incredibly important to the success in this matter. Even though there were challenges working with the Department of Child Support Services Amanda used her resources and competence and I now receive regular support for my child and my child's father will serve jail time for his violations of the court's orders. I would not have been able to prosper in this contempt proceeding without her support and representation.

Going through a divorce an child custody battle isn't easy by any means but with Amanda's help I was able to quickly handle the legal part of it as smoothly and productive as possible. She is very knowledgeable about family law and provided me with excellent advice to protect myself and my son from t...hings I would have otherwise not been aware of. When your children are involved its sometimes hard to think clearly through all the pain and fear of what the outcome will be but Amanda was very helpful and comforting throughout the case. She enabled me to see things from a more rational mindset which ultimately helped me make much more positive and healthy decisions concerning my child and the custody arrangements. I have to start off by saying how incredible Amanda is. I had to find a lawyer in a moment’s notice due to a TRO case I had to file against my ex-husband and a court date was set in matter of weeks. In a matter of days she wrote up a new stipulation agreement for the safety of my loved ones and me and attended the hearing for the judge to sign the new order.
