I can’t tell you how many times during my divorce I thanked my lucky stars that I stumbled across Amanda and hired her. She is truly the b...est family law attorney out there - I initially typed “one of the best” but then changed it because I honestly believe you can’t get better than her. Amanda is s superstar in literally every area possible – she is unbelievably responsive (so much so I worried I was her only client, which is obviously not the case …but that’s how she will make you feel), has expert knowledge of family law, is compassionate, is skilled and creative when it comes to negotiation, and is a pro when it comes to managing your expectations and helping you to understand and come to grips with worst and best case scenarios. In addition, she is incredibly generous in her billing – I know that I would have had to pay significantly more had I used another law firm …I’m talking 2-5 times more! Finally, she has a great sense of humor and knows when it’s appropriate to inject a bit of levity into an otherwise tense situation. My case was fairly complex – a child was involved and there was another issue where there wasn’t much case law to go off. I am very satisfied and don’t think I could have gotten a better outcome (a tough feat when it comes to family law because from what I can tell, both parties often come out of it feeling screwed). More importantly, I am so grateful to have had Amanda by my side during what has been one of the most challenging years of my life. She made an awful process bearable and helped me keep my sanity when I was overcome with anxiety, sadness, and anger. This has been one of the most difficult years in my life.
