I was extremely nervous to start the bankruptcy process and look for a lawyer. I have had bad experiences with lawyers in the past. I narrowed it down to two lawyers by researching the internet. Jeffrey Daniel Larkin is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with. My case wasn't an easy one. Other attorneys or bankruptcy specialists I consulted with from big name firms, told me I wouldn't qualify for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Before hiring Jeff, I was skeptical because of all the misin...formation out there and also because in my line of work, bankruptcy can be highly frowned upon (i.e. security clearances). Still, when my fiance and I met with Jeff we knew we found the right attorney. From the moment we walked into our free consultation, he explained the process, answered all of our questions, phone calls (same day/next day turn around), and he showed us how I actually qualified for either a Chapter 13 or Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. Additionally, we wanted Jeff's expert opinion to see if there was anyway to avoid bankruptcy based on our case. He was honest, direct, easy to understand and provided solid guidance on the choices available for us. Simply put he didn't say, "You have to do this." Words cannot begin to describe how relieved I feel that I can start my life with a fresh start.
