I initially contacted Mark Ignacio because my mother passed in January, 2018 and I was the designated person to take care of her business following her death. When I contacted Mark, I needed assistance with obtaining and filing the appropriate legal documents for a "Transfer of Deed." I remember tha...t initial conversation with Mark because he was very empathetic regarding my loss. He explained the "Transfer of Deed" process and what was required. I didn't have to invest any time in seeking someone, I was very happy with my first interaction with Mark, and had no hesitancy with returning to him for the next service. This time around, I had many more questions. Beginning with my initial contact with Mark, I saw that this was someone who truly enjoys their work. He was always extraordinarily patient, able to address any questions or concerns I had (and with the trust, there were many), he never rushed me off the phone, but took the time to ensure that everything had been addressed to my satisfaction and he always extended the invitation to call him if I had additional questions. Mark always returned messages timely. Bottom line, Mark was "always" professional, patient, courteous, and most importantly, it is evident he is very skilled and knowledgeable at his profession. I would hire him again in the future if needed.
