The McMillan law firm is top notch. I drove down from Los Angeles to Mesa with a lot of questions and a huge employment mess in my hands. I met with an amazing man that really cared about the outcome of my case. He was honest from the start in terms of everything that I needed to know including fees, time-frame and how my old employers would respond. His team answered my emails within 24 hours each and every time, and trust me, there were a lot of emails from me. Like previously stated he is a gladiator when the time comes and I was thanking my lucky stars that he was on my side when we went to mediation. Scott was great, listened carefully and understood my problems and even gave recommendations on numerous topics and was not preoccupied with how he was even going to make money on me in advance. I came away from the phone call with a greater understanding of the law, what I needed to do going forward and with tools I did not know were available to me. Excellent consultation

I called Mr. McMillan to check on a statue of limitations regarding a custody evaluation. He instantly gave me the information and tools I needed to pursue my case. He was available, quick, and courteous -- traits that can be hard to find in attorneys these days.

Back on Track

I made the mistake of trying to start an LLC using online resources. What I quickly found out they had no customer service. I had questions, and decided to contacted Scott and I am sure glad I did, now I am back on track. Scott was clear concise and I should have just worked with him from the start.

Insurance Attorney

Mr. McMillan was amazingly helpful in helping me battle an insurance company that sued me for $70,000. Mr. McMillan put in an incredible amount of time and was generous about not nickel and diming me for issues that my opposition was causing me. Ultimately we were able to settle against the insurance company for a number that I was VERY pleased with. Was exactly what he said and MORE!

Called Mr. McMillan re: horses boarded on my ranch without pay. He knew the codes, gave me a solution, suggested another way to increase my income, and told me to go for it! Then he recommended another attorney in my area. All in a 10 minute consultation!

Very Informative, Friendly, Highly Recommend!

Scott took his time to hear my questions on how to approach a Partnership dissolution that was getting out of hand. He was attentive and offered a variety of solutions that I needed to make a clear decision. ( I have worked with a lot of other attorneys that are quick to judge and treat you like a number). He speaks to you as a friend and in a moment of confusion in finding an attorney, I am glad I found Scott McMillan.
