"I endorse this lawyer. A while back I had a case where Mr. O'Halloran was on the other side, representing a debtor in bankruptcy. We had a well-briefed, hard fought case, which ultimately reached resolution. His client received excellent representation. Recently, Mr. O'Halloran participated in the San Diego Bankruptcy Court mediation program and our case was assigned to him for that mediation. As a mediator, he was phenomenal! We had been litigating the case for seven years, had been through settlement conferences previously -- and maybe even a mediation -- to no avail. But, he was able to get the case resolved and a deal reached between parties and their lawyers in a very short period of time. I actually don't know how he did it in light of the case history. But, one thing that made a lot of sense in retrospect is that he required the parties to exchange some offer ahead of time, he required a brief, and then he went into the mediation and applied his 30 years of experience!"
