Shenqi Cai

I am Shenqi (Cassie) Cai, founder and principal attorney of Lingtu Law. I am licensed in California (State Bar No. 348794) and earned my J.D. at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. Before opening the firm I worked in corporate legal teams in the San Francisco Bay Area, reviewing contracts and managing cross-border projects, which is where I learned to explain complicated rules in plain language. My immigration practice focuses on EB-1A, NIW and O-1 petitions for people whose careers do not fit neatly into a form: designers, researchers, producers, founders. I also handle marriage-based green cards and, when a client is hurt in a car accident, the personal injury claim that follows, with an eye on how it affects their status. Most of my clients speak Mandarin at home and English at work, and so do I. Come in for a free first meeting and we will map out what to do and when.
