Biography
Mr. Kazachki (or simly "Dan") is a lawyer, architect, mediator, arbitrator and a chess player. He is the founding shareholder of Arbat, A Law Corporation. Arbat is a full-service law firm providing its customers with assistance in a wide range of legal areas. Mr. Kazachki has lectured on negotiation at state and national conventions and hold a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University. He has mediated and settled over a hundred family law cases, assisted multiple clients with their negotiations, and arbitrated for the Better Business Bureau. Mr. Kazachki is currently a Daily Settlement Officer at both the Whittier and Long Beach courthouses.
