Biography
Mr. Kazachki (or simly "Dan") is a lawyer, architect, mediator, arbitrator and a chess player. He is the founding shareholder of Arbat, A Law Corporation. Arbat is a full-service law firm providing its customers with assistance in a wide range of legal areas. We can help you with all sorts of matters - obtaining a divorce, sorting out a custody or child support problem, preparing a contract, civil litigation, probate matters, criminal defense. We represent clients in both state and federal court in the States of California and Washington.
As an architect with over a dozen years experience in the design and construction field, Mr. Kazachki is uniquely qualified to assist design professionals, owners, developers, subcontractors and material suppliers with their business needs. Mr. Kazachki has lectured on negotiation at state and national conventions and hold a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University. He has mediated and settled over a hundred family law cases, assisted multiple clients with their negotiations, and arbitrated for the Better Business Bureau. Mr. Kazachki is currently a Daily Settlement Officer at both the Whittier and Long Beach courthouses.

Professionalism
