Great job

I have chronic pain, and I’m almost bedridden. All I did was want some company and picked the wrong roommate. I was referred to Dan by Gary Labin, who is an excellent criminal defense attorney and a great one if you ever need. Dan was great. He helped me get rid of my psychotic roommate. I eventually did cash for keys right before he would’ve taken her to eviction court but I couldn’t have done it without all of his advice and counsel. He is a very good lawyer and I strongly recommend that you hire him. He does have an emotional side that he does let out sometimes to comfort you, but in general he stays lawyerly in order to protect your butt. I highly highly recommend him.

Trademark registration and contract agreement

Attorney Dan and his assistant show dedication and concern to what you present them with. They have made my trademark registrations process very well. I also had help with some contract agreement that he explain to me with great detail.

Professional and honest !

Dan Kazachki and his assistant Renata Valkova have been very prompt, thorough and honest. I consulted them regarding real estate purchase problems. They always provided timely responses and updates. I sent them all the information they needed and they read through all of it thoroughly and without delay. The final conclusion was that we do not have a strong case and the chance to win is mild. They were open to proceed if we requested so, but they were completely honest and professionally detailed about their reasoning that we might just end up with lots of expenses without the desired outcome. They did not charge me for any of the work. Some lawyers start talking about their fees and request a deposit without even digging a bit into the issue to decide if it is worth a legal action. I am very grateful to Dan and Renata for their honesty, dedication and courtesy and would feel in good hands if I need legal help in the future!

Dedicated

Deian and his group went above and beyond in representing us in a Unlawful Detainer trial. It was a very stressful situation for us, (eviction from a rent controlled apartment on false grounds) and we were reassured to have someone like Deian on our team. He was conscious of helping us contain our legal costs and it was clear his entire staff put tons of energy and time into our case. Highly recommend!

Professional, Knowledgeable, Responsive!

I used Dan for a legal consultation. He was prompt, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dan is very honest and if he doesn't know the answer, he will find it for you. If a case is too complicated for him to handle, he will refer you to another attorney, he will not try to keep you around just for the money. Reputation is very important to Dan and I would completely trust him with my case.

Professionalism

Deian is a great lawyer. He helped me with my case. The results came out positive for a week. He is very easy outgoing and gives fast responses to my emails. He filled the documents for one day and sent them. I would recommend him because of his high ethic standards and professionalism.

When Social Security Administration fights you back - Hire Dan!

I got really sick as a result of working long years in the chemical industry. I applied for social security disability benefits but was given the run-around for over a year until my application was finally denied. I could not work anymore, could not earn a living and was quickly exhausting my savings. I had no choice but to retire early at 62. I even left the US to live overseas where it is cheaper. Dan helped me with my case until the Administrative Law Judge in Los Angeles finally granted my application (without me even having to go back to the US) AND I received a large lump sum payment for the 3 years that the SSA had been mishandling my case. Excellent Landlord Attorney

I own a commercial real estate building in Cerritos, CA. In 2011 I had a tenant, a real estate brokerage, who not only would not pay its rent, but would not vacate either. I've been a landlord and owned my own business for decades, so I've dealt with such issues before, but I needed a legal mind to help me with this tenant. Landlords, if you need to evict a non-paying tenant or have regulatory issues, call Dan

I am a landlord who owns, leases and manages residential real estate properties in the LA area. I have used Dan's eviction services multiple times in the past and I continue to use him today. He has been very helpful in evicting non-paying tenants, as well as addressing other landlord-tenant issues when they come up. Not only this, but Dan is also an architect, which comes in handy when it comes to dealing with the City of LA Housing Dept. Dan works fast, can be reached easily, and charges a competitive fee. On the few occasions when I tried to do something on my own and lost, Dan has been able to come in from behind and successfully appeal or negotiate a fair deal. I highly recommend him. SS.

An attorrney without knollege

This attorney does not have any idea of family law. He is very rude , at times it was difficult for me to reach him. It passed one year and I am at the same place I started.
