Roderick Daly has provided legal advice and guidance during a difficult situation in my life over 5 years ago and due to that experience, my current expungement years later. Attorney Roderick Daly has been there for me every step of the way since I first called him in 2014. He's very communicative, prompt, extremely knowledgeable of criminal law, and he and his council get the job done. I've had many cases in the last few years and he's been able to take care of them ...all in both San Bernardino and Orange Counties. Fines were kept low and some cases were even dismissed. He's spoken with me in-person about my cases many times and always tells it like it is. There is no sugar coating things with this attorney, he's straight to the point and targets the deal he wishes to get you straight out the gate. He's also very good at calling periodically about any next action. Roderick has never missed any of my court dates and has always notified me of anything upcoming. (I'm very fortunate to have been honored a program with all of the charges I've accumulated. A program has saved my life and has got me back on track in terms of employment and rebuilding my relationships with friends and loved ones.) Without Attorney Daly I would have been put behind prison bars and not able to do anything effective, and for this I'm thankful to have him in my life. If you're worried about lawyer fees or are afraid that you cannot pay for an attorney, don't think that way when hiring Roderick. Money is not the issue for Attorney Daly, your case is!
