Mr. Zitney did excellent work for me. Being a certified in Family Law makes it obvious he knows the law, but that's not enough in an attorney. He did an excellent job communicating with me, both keeping me informed and explaining the legal concepts that applied to my case. Mr. Zitney was also upfront... about possible outcomes for my situation, both good and bad, and didn't tell me something just because it was what I wanted to hear. Another thing I appreciated was his letting me do some legwork to save me money. He offered me the choice of comparing two documents or having the office do it for me. When we needed an actuarial report to evaluate an asset, he gave me the name of someone to contact. I coordinated getting the report and had the actuary send it directly to his office. I recommend Mr. Zitney because he knows the law, communicates well, and because he helped resolve my divorce in a way that was fair. I trusted his judgment when we had to make certain decisions and it paid off. I was pleased with the resolution of my case overall and that we didn't have to go to trial. It got settled. While there some little things that didn't go my way, the big things did. Jonathan Zitney did a good job as my divorce attorney.

I had Mr. Zitney prepare my prenuptial agreement. Although I am an attorney, I do not work in Family Law. Mr. Zitney was referred to me by several other attorneys as being the only attorney to go to with such delicate matter. He was well prepared and everything went smoothly. I met Mr. Zitney on my first court appearance more than a couple of years ago, through Mr. Timothy Pittullo's Firm.
