I am a Certified Family Law Specialist whose law practice is located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. While it may sound cliche', in approaching each case I attempt to treat each client's case as though it were my own. A conscious effort is always made to listen carefully to each client so as to accurately and fully understand their goals and objectives in the matter, and to empathize with what they are going through due to the litigation. Above all else, the ethical obligation to be bluntly honest with each client and to communicate realistic expectations for their case is always honored. An effort is always made to explore various options of settlement in an attempt to keep the financial burden of litigation to a minimum. However, if a fair and reasonable settlement is not possible, I do not shy away from litigation and will do whatever I can, within the confines of the law, to protect my clients interests and achieve his/her goals.

Modification of Alimony ( 9 years later after 1st judgment and agreement was made (2011)
