The system is not set up for the little guy. I didn't know my rights as a regular corporate working mom until I hired Nora and this firm. Nora and her staff guided me through the process patiently and efficiently. They helped me get the max $ while I was off work which saved my family during this horrendous ordeal. Nora and the Hernandez injury team made sure I was protected and got what I was due every step of the way. I have a graduate degree in policy and still the workers comp process and procedures intimidated me and I couldn't sort through the mess. I would've been completely screwed had I not contacted this firm to represent me. I researched and did ChatGPT for hours but never would've been able to navigate this crazy system. I would give zero stars if I could. I hired Hernandez Injury Lawyers for my car accident case over two years ago, and I have had no communication or updates since signing with them. They do not return calls or emails, and no one ever follows up. Every attempt I’ve made to get a case update has been ...ignored or brushed off. At this point, I have no idea what has happened with my case or whether anything was even filed. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially when clients are trusting a law firm to handle something as serious as an injury case. I strongly urge anyone considering this office to be cautious and to make sure you get clear communication and documentation before signing anything. Clients deserve transparency and updates — not silence.

John and his team were absolutely excellent and I am beyond grateful for everything they did for me. They took a situation that was very daunting to me and made everything easy because they were so knowledgeable, professional and caring.
