I contacted at least twelve different attorneys regarding a rat infestation at my residence that my landlord was not fixing and none of them gave me the time of day. I can only assume it's because it wasn't a big money making case because I didn't live in an apartment where it could possibly turn int...o a class action law suit. Once I told these lawyers I lived in a single family home their tone changed immediately because they didn't see a $ sign and didn't care about my situation at all. Ms. Or Mrs. Bajaj Was the complete opposite! I was so impressed by her kindness and willingness to help me with my situation. She talked with me for about 40 min for FREE. She didn't ask for a dime, and she also said that my case was most likely going to be a small claims case which means no money for her because lawyers aren't allowed to defend small claims cases, yet she stayed on the phone and gave me FREE advice which was the complete opposite from the other lawyers who demanded that I pay them for their knowledge. She truly cares, and that is exactly the type of individual I would want defending me. She gives lawyers a good name! Decent, kind, caring, listens, and isn't in it purely for the money, which says so much about her character. If my case goes to small claims court I am going to hire her to prep me for two reasons. One, she listens and cares and isn't egotistical. Two, she is very knowledgable and intelligent. Great one two combo. If you're seriously considering hiring a lawyer give her a shot because I was feeling really down regarding the treatment I received from various lawyers and law firms. I was beginning to think all lawyers were the same until I spoke with Ms/Mrs Bajaj. She truly was a breath of fresh air amongst all the smog. Thank you Ms/Mrs Bajaj. Seriously, it really meant a lot that you spent as much time as you did and really seemed to care. I was beginning to feel hopeless until I spoke with you. Brent
