My husband & I recently consulted Ms. Madaan to create our family trust. During our initial consultation in her office Ms. Madaan explained the process and all the legal terms in layman terms and presented our options to help us make our final decision. Ms. Madaan and the office staff were very prompt and professional in any correspondence or questions we had & the final documented was presented to us in a very professional and impressive binder. Excellent Lawyer
After interviewing a number of attorneys I am very happy I made the decision to work with Ms. Madaan. She created LLC for my small business and made changes to the Living Trust. She is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and kind. She was extremely patient answering ALL my questions (and I had a lot!) providing the detailed answers/explanations to make sure I understand every little aspect. Ms. Madaan is a superb lawyer who combines professionalism and expertise with a great personal care and attention. Quality attorney with great people skills
My company was in need of some legal consulting and help with business formation. We contacted her as a recommendation through a friend. I’m glad I did because Aastha was very informative and easy to talk to. She explained complicated terminology and also looked out for our best interests by laying out different scenarios. Wonderful Experience.
Aastha is awesome. My husband and I were going to invest in a friend's business and we were super stressed out about it. We contacted Aastha to review our promissory note. She sent us a detailed clause to add to the agreement to ensure that our investment would be fully safe. We feel so much better about our investment and are at peace, thanks to Madaan Law. The turnaround time was super quick. She answered our phone late in the evening and made sure that the appointment was set up according to our convenience the next day

Ms. Aastha Madaan is a true professional. She is articulate and highly knowledgeable about California business law. Exactly who we were looking for!
We were referred to Aastha by a friend and couldn't be happier! Provided excellent legal services setting up my company
Aastha set up my newly formed LLC, S Corp for me. I had a lot of questions and didn't know how to approach it. She explained everything clearly and concisely and made it very easy to understand. She then took care of all of the details for me. The experience was fantastic! I plan to use Aastha again for estate planning that needs attention.

Complicated estate planning made easier
My boyfriend and I have been together 15 years, and have never felt the need to marry. But we did want to be covered for our end-of-life decisions and estate planning. Because we're not married, some aspects of the trust were more complicated, but Ms. Madaan talked us through all the options at each turn and helped us make all the necessary decisions, and we're still happily unmarried. :) She created a trust, prepared Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Advanced Healthcare Directives, among others. It was a friendly, easy process and we highly recommend Ms. Madaan.

Thank you Aastha! We needed help with a business dispute and retained Aastha after being impressed with a consultation. She performs with a high level of tact and tenacity. When she came on the scene she immediately went to work in something akin to an eleventh-hour crisis. Diligent lawyer
I worked with Aastha to review my Stock Option Exercise agreement. The communication and the work flow was excellent. From the very beginning, she was very responsive to my emails and offered a per-consultation that was focused on the process and getting the required information and answering my questions. The review of the document was also timed well. The review result was in form of a memo followed by a question and answer phone call that provided me the opportunity to ask questions about different clauses where she provided informative explanations. What was specifically impressive about her was her diligence on making sure that I am understanding all the facts in order to properly and successfully exercise my stock options.

Referrals speak volumes!
When I needed an estate lawyer, my friend referred me to Aastha. I could not be happier! There were a few issues that delayed my outcome but She went out of her way to keep me updated each step of the way and keep my head in the game and on track. My outcome was favorable and I do my think it would have been harder with someone as not detailed oriented as Aastha.
