Josh assisted in my defense with a federal white collar indictment. Through persistent communication with the government, he helped craft an equitable resolution (plea agreement). I would like to share with anyone who needs an attorney some facts about Josh. First of all, we met initially over the phone. I was an inmate serving a lengthy sentence for vehicular homicide. I had found Josh while looking up anyone who might be willing to help me with a commutation review. Yes, any...one who has served time or had a loved one who has knows about commutations is that they are almost impossible to get.
