Josh assisted in my defense with a federal white collar indictment. Through persistent communication with the government, he helped craft an equitable resolution (plea agreement). Josh was always within reach via phone or email as well as timely with a helpful response. He epitomized sound, available counsel during a time of great stress; which one would think a given once the retainer is paid, but unfortunately, isn't always the case. If you want a level headed, very competent attorney, that will fight for you from start to finish, Josh is the one. I would retain him again without reservation.

Josh Solberg is one of the best lawyers that I have ever met. He is the type of lawyer you would want on your side if you had legal problems. My son-in-law had a legal problem that could have been disastrous if good legal counsel had not represented him. A mistake made by my son in law and the California legal system had produced the possibility of unnecessary consequences. Mr. Solberg took the case and I was the family contact. I knew he had other more important cases but always paid attention, was trustworthy, explained specifically what he needed to do and the realism of the situation. He always let us know what to expect, and within his ability, a realistic time frame, which helped the family to cope and survive. Any questions he did not know the answer to, he looked up and then got back to us promptly with the answers, and worked far beyond what we would ever expect. He worked most of all to create the best possible solution for my son-in-law and his family. If I could describe how grateful we are, well, we truly are. The highest compliment I could pay him is that there is an Atticus Finch (from To Kill a Mockingbird) integrity about his work and helping all under the law. I would strongly recommend Mr. Solberg.

Josh continues to be very interested in my case even though it has been settled for more than a year now. Josh was instrumental in getting the US attorney to see reality in my case and thus causing them to offer a much more palatable settlement to me. I was looking at a stint in prison and ended up with some home detention and probation instead and I feel that Josh's diligence in preparing my case was instrumental in that. Josh continues to assist me today by being a buffer between me and my probation officer and he is passionate in his arguments on my behalf. His advise has never been wrong and I would definitely hire him again should the need arise.
