Biography
I am a trial lawyer that has been practicing 32 years in California. I have tried over to 80 jury trials, hundreds of bench trials, and handled a number of binding arbitrations. I sat as a volunter Temporary Judge for the Los Angeles County Superior Court for a number of years doing a many DV Trials, family law hearings, civil restraining orders, Unlawful Detainer trials and many other hearings.
I have tried cases all over California in such legal fields as personal injury, car crashes, criminal law, family law, civil law, employment law, and other areas of the law. I am a graduate of the Jerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. I have handled a number of wage and hour class actions and currently am prosecuting several large wage and hour class action matters in multiple jurisdictions in California.
My office is consulted by other attorneys when they need help with trial issues, discovery isses or other legal matters. We have represented attorneys when they have a legal problem. We also partner in with attorneys to help them take their cases through trial. When they need a trial lawyer they call us from all over California.
