Strategic Lawyer who will go up to bat for you!

My experience with Jacob couldn’t have been better. He was highly recommended to me by two other colleagues and it’s no wonder. First of all, this lawyer never stops working… I don’t know how he can keep a full work load and be able to respond with a clear mind at any moment. He’s a chess player. Ev...en when I didn’t want to listen to him, he was right every step of the way. He sees the bigger picture, so feel free to ask questions and trust that as his client, he’s got your back. He’s a strategizer and a master negotiator. He knows what cards he has in his hand and when and how to play them. He gave me confidence when I needed it and humbled me when I need to hear it. I’ve worked with a more than a handful of lawyers in my career and all I can say is if you’re hesitating to retain him, the only one who should be hesitating is opposing counsel. I contacted Jacob Iloulian in regards to a tree dispute. After a consultation during which he listened to the merits of my situation, he agreed to send my letter to the other party on his letterhead. That letter was instrumental in presenting my position to the law enforcement officer who mediated a ...compromise between all parties. (The dispute was settled to my satisfaction.) He was paid for his services by me.

Successful Security Deposit Return

Jacob helped me recover my security deposit. My landlord did not give me my check in the allotted time afforded by the law and they tried to charge me for unnecessary items. With Jacob’s help I got my security deposit back IN FULL with only him having to send a letter. He’s super responsive, offers s...olid guidance and is easy to work with. Highly recommend for any tenant/landlord issues you want rectified quickly.

Helpful with tenant landlord issues

I need help with getting back the security deposit from the landlord. Lawyer Jacob helped me with move out inspection statement to send to landlord, and answered all my questions. this helps my moving out process smoothly and easily, and I received security deposit from the landlord.
