Commercial Tenant Eviction

We checked out a dozen other attorneys before we hired Jacob. I’m glad we did! Jacob is very knowledgeable, he is super honest and communicated very effectively all along the way. He has experience and is very smart. We ended up having to go to court. He focused on the winning issues, and knew what t...o pursue, and we won! It was a pleasure to work with him. If you have a nasty tenant problem, I would highly recommend Jacob! We certainly would hire him again.

landlord stuff

Jacob knows his stuff and we won our case even though we were up against a company with their lawyers. More important in my recommendation of him is that he cares and becomes your ally. If you feel alone – in my case, against a greedy landlord/management company and I had to take action to protect my...self – I did, and from the very first, Jacob let me know what our fight consisted of, what our strengths were, and that he was with me to see this thing through. If my recommendation is in personal words rather than legal language, it’s because What did I know about these laws? I’d never been in this situation before. Jacob had, bolstered me in the down times and got involved. So we won.

eviction

Mr Iloulian rescued me of complicated eviction situation that I had with my tenant, he did not save a time for himself,with repeated text massaging , phone calls and emailing in order to solve the issue effectively. Thank you

Quit claim issue resolved

I was in pocession of a quit claim deed and promisory note which had not been adequetly written and thus could not be recorded. Not only did Jacob resolve the inadequeties, he suggested an approach to lien the property without having approach civil court. Thank you Jacob. Furthermore, he was ava...ilable, returned calls promptly if he was out of his office, and was not hesitant to meet face to face to be sure I understood the underlying issues. I highly reccomend him and would not hesitate to use his services again.
