Professional, highly organized, knowledgeable, intelligent, ethical

What a lovely human being Jacob is! He is exceptionally professional: he is responsible, is accessible, returns phone calls, e-mails and texts in a timely fashion, he listens closely, asks illuminating questions, and retains the pertinent information necessary for case development. He is highly org...anized: he plans well in advance; attends all meetings, in person and on the phone, punctually; follows up on information concerning whatever you or he are supposed to complete. Jacob is knowledgeable and intelligent: he has a great command of legal issues, can quote sections of the law when necessary, thinks of all the ways to protect his client's interest, thinks quickly of different paths to accomplishing your goal. Lastly, Jacob is highly ethical, honest and forthright with information. He is a wonderful advisor, has a calm, unflappable personality during highly charged, emotional interactions. His prices are reasonable and his results are terrific. I was happy from beginning to end about how respectful he was, how well he listened, how he could deescalate the problems and how he was able find a myriad of possible ways to resolve differences.
