The best of the best

Jacob was incredibly patient and responsive to all of my concerns. Jacob is a knowledgeable and caring real estate lawyer!

My husband and I are so glad we found and hired Jacob Iloulian! Jacob is an exemplary lawyer and knowledgeable broker. We consulted Jacob in the middle of a very stressful escrow dispute related to the return of our earnest money deposit. Prior to contacting Jacob, the seller and broker were trying t...o pressure us (illegally) to forfeit our contractual right to cancel. We called many lawyers and Jacob Iloulian was by far the most knowledgable, candid, and caring. Jacob knew we were under extraordinary time pressure, and he responded with speed and expertise. He promptly reviewed our contract, gave his candid assessment of the dispute, and outlined next steps. As we learned from Jacob, despite all of the confusing and threatening messages the sellers were giving us, we were fully in our right to cancel--and the seller's had no legal claim to our earnest money deposit. Jacob wrote a letter clearly representing us and our rights to the sellers, who immediately realized that they were wasting everyone's time by dragging out a straight-forward cancellation. Almost immediately after Jacob wrote to the sellers on our behalf, they agreed to return our deposit--finally putting an end to a very stressful experience. Jacob saved us so much stress, time, and money. We really can't thank him enough! As we discovered, Jacob is knowledgeable and honest lawyer, who is truly committed to his clients. He is an asset to anyone dealing with a real estate transaction. Given Jacob's exceptional professionalism, he will now be the first person we call for *any* legal question.

Excellent attorney

I hired Jacob for two of my hearings for child custody and restraining order and he was very on top of it and organized and met all of my needs and 100% satisfaction. He is very knowledgeable and nice and personal and was looking for my best interest and my child.

The Real Deal

Unbelievable, knowledgeable and better yet, an honest guy. Jacob was actually concerned about me and my family and his ability to help. The guy seriously wanted to settle the matter in an attempt to do the right thing. When the other party rejected his request u got to see the pit bull side of Jacob.... Look, nobody wants to go to court and be in this situation, but if you've been wronged by someone in this particular field, not hiring Jacob is the biggest mistake you can make. Good dude.
