Overall a great person and great attorney :-)

Its never easy to hire an attorney because a lot of attorneys don't try to make an issue bigger than it actually is in order to scare you to sign up with them fast. Mr. Iloulian has a very warm and calming personality. He was honest with me about my case and helped me stay focused so that the lawsu...it wouldn't affect my every day life. His role to me was more than just an attorney. It fealt that I have a "psychologist" with me to calm me down whenever I got stressed. I hope I never need to use an attorney again. BUT if I do, I will be using him again. Thank you :-)

Best Decision

Jacob was the best decision I ever made to help me out with my matter. He was very informative and helped me along the whole way while answering all my questions. I would highly recommend him. If I ever need to ill definitely be using him as well.

Concerned Tenant

We hired Jacob Iloulian to present us in our case, he was prompt and descriptive on our settlement, we got what we asked for and moved out of our current place. I would refer him to others as well, I will also hire him again if need be.

Disrespectful attorney

Hired him, and he was dishonest with me. He was disrespectful towards me and didn't fight for me.
