Excellent Work

Words cannot describe how thankful I am to Jacob; I was extremely happy with his service. I hired him after the co-owner of my real estate property, whose interest I was buying, became very difficult and was slowing down the refinance process. Jacob was quick to intervene and help move things along. ... Thanks to him the refinance was completed timely. He was awesome; he was always very professional, attentive and quick to respond to my inquiries. I will definitely use him again and recommend to others. Thank you!

Extremely satisfied

From the moment I first contacted Mr. Loulian, I have been consistently impressed with his courtesy, skill, and professionalism. I would recommend Mr. Loulian to anyone. Certainly recommended

We hired Jacob regarding a complicated real estate matter. Everything was well explained, helping us understand all the legal jargon and keeping us informed every step in the process. He took a challenging and at times aggravating experience and made it hassle free for our us. You want this man in your corner!

I will start off by saying that I can't say enough about Mr. Jacob Iloulian! So, I will do my very best to express in words how much I appreciate what he has done for me and my family. I spent a couple of months trying to get attorneys to respond to my inquiries. I had no luck and decided to give ...up for a while. When I started noticing more problems with my new home purchase, I came to this website and posted the issues we were having. Mr. Iloulian was very quick to respond to my concerns. He wasn't aggressively trying to obtain me as a client, but instead was helpful and suggested I contact an attorney. I instantly reached out to him by email and he began helping me with the questions I had. There was a lot of information to go over, and I had a lot of emotions. He was patient, listened to my issues, and suggested I send a demand letter. I hired Mr. Iloulian to handle drafting up and sending out our demand letter. He was quick to answer any questions that I had, by text and phone. I was surprised at how quickly he got back to me every time I needed him. I have never experienced such professionalism. I have never been in a legal situation, or needed an attorney, so I did not know what to expect. He was kind enough to explain things to me very patiently, and I always felt that I was being taken care of, listened to, and that I was in good hands. He was not quick to jump into litigation. He suggested trying to work things out with the opposing party first. When that was not satisfactory to the other party, Mr. Iloulian helped us set up mediation. He was always one step ahead of the other attorney. He is very soft-spoken, and has a calm demeanor, but don't let that fool you! He knows exactly what he is doing, and is extremely knowledgeable. In fact, it's exactly what you want from an attorney. In a difficult mediation, he was able to skillfully draft up an agreement with the other attorney, being sure that we were covered and got everything we wanted. Even after we came to an agreement, Mr. Iloulian has been quick to answer any questions and is there to give us advice. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me and my family. He is so much more than an attorney. Many attorneys are just jumping from one client to the next, not thinking about the client as an actual person with feelings and fears. Mr. Iloulian made us feel safe in a uncomfortable situation that we were uncertain about. I have complete confidence in him and feel that anyone who hires him will be more than satisfied with his abilities. There is no doubt that we will be using his services for all future legal matters. He is a man of integrity and I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. I highly recommend Mr. Jacob Iloulian.
