An amazing attorney, that doesn’t waste a moment in protecting and enforcing Tenants Rights!

I was so impressed with Jacob Iloulian’s Responce to my email, about my landlord’s frivolous , baseless claims on a 3 Day Notice to Perform Covenant or quit. Jacob Iloulian went up to bat for me and hit a Grand slam!!! With a Demand letter to their corporate office. Thanks to his quick Responc...e in everything he did for me, I can now sleep at night ! The Best !

I consulted Jacob on an eviction case. He is super smart & his advice was wise. He took the time to review the case. Sealed Record in a Landlord/Tenant Dispute

This lawyer gets records sealed! If you want your case sealed, I recommend this lawyer. When it comes to landlord/tenant disputes, things can escalate, and you want this guy to step in and calm things down. Once things are calm, he will get right to filing paperwork to help you with your case. I thin...k what surprised me most about Jacob, is his responsiveness and communication. In this kind of dispute, I compare it to walking down a dark hallway, Jacob is the flashlight. You need a lawyer like Jacob to fill you in and keep you informed every step of the way. I asked Jacob tons of questions because, I must admit, I wanted to push the envelope slightly. He did not shy away from those questions even though it was outside our agreement, he just answered them. He did not charge me extra and kept to our agreed upon flat fee. I believe he helped so much because he truly cares about each individual client he takes on. It takes a special kind of lawyer to help tenants when the judicial system can be against you. So, my advice is, hire this lawyer as soon as you can, and you won't regret it.
