Excellent attorney with great people skills

Jacob has been helping me with a very sticky real estate situation and has been absolutely amazing in every way. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and the pricing appears to be very fair. I cannot say enough about Jacob and highly recommend him as a lawyer for real estate needs.

Complex real estate transaction including mediation with Jacob Iloulian

When it comes to real estate law, Jacob is very knowledgeable and was a powerful asset to have on our side. My brother and I were on the seller's side of a real estate transaction where the agent made a mess of things and the buyer was litigating. Jacob helped us untangle a web of legal issues and ...orchestrated a mediation session that resulted in significant concessions for our side and stopped the long and expensive process of litigation. His soft touch approach was very disarming to the opposing players which set the stage for a cooperative agreement rather than getting dug into a fight about who was right or wrong. He is very honest, kept us updated on all activities, and provided his services for a fraction of the price we were quoted by other attorneys. I have worked with many attorneys and Jacob is by far the most down to earth, considerate, and reasonable one I have met. He has renewed my faith in the legal profession and will continue to be my first choice for all upcoming real estate matters requiring legal clarification and/or defense.

Closing issue solved

We had 5000.00 held back by the lender and after 2 months of not getting and answer - we hired Jacob, he got it back to us in 5 days! Great and will continue to use him!

Knowledgeable in real estate law

I was in contract for a $1.2M property in Northern California. I performed property inspections and had a home appraisal done. Everything looked good so we removed out property contingencies. We were a week out from closing the home when we discovered a material ($400K) insurance claim that was not d...isclosed to us from the sellers. I reached out to attorneys on Avvo and Jacob was the first to respond. He was knowledgeable in real estate law and was very responsive (he even responded to emails over the weekend). With her expertise and experience, we were able to cancel our contract and get our earnest money deposit back. I would highly recommend Jacob to my colleagues for any real estate matters.

Very approachable - humble - smart

I had Jacob represent my accounting firm on several legal negotiations. Although he is very humble, when it comes to negotiations and doing his research, Jacob is a legal genius. I know he is someone I can trust, and more importantly, someone who can get me results. He also is very good about... taking my calls, and responding to my concerns quickly. I'd highly recommend him for personal and corporate negotiations. Especially in the realm of property investing.
