Jacob is awesome! He simply and easily just got it done! He's professional, while his voice and manner is very caring and soothing and elicits a feeling of calm and trust. TOP NOTCH - Could not ask for more

Jacob's advice was worth millions. He met with me on VERY short notice about an urgent and complex commercial real estate situation. He's super intelligent and was able to quickly digest a complex situation and provide extremely valuable advice. He was beyond generous with his time and input - g...enuinely interested in helping rather than making a quick buck. He understands the value of a long-term relationship and this is the man I would want to work with for the long-run. This is the attouney you want....I went from zero to hero.

I hired Jacob about a year ago to deal with a family trust issue involving a Quitclaim deed singed in secret, just before death. He was able to successfully negotiate in Mediation a handsome return to the trust. This brought me from absolutely nothing to a very happy result. This prevented a long ...and expensive trial. His people skills are genuine and effective. His fees are compassionate. It felt like he took me by the hand and walked me through the minefield safely. Highly recommended.

Assistance on breached purchase agreement

I highly recommend Jacob, his knowledge and services are all top-notch. My wife and I had recently gone through the full purchasing process, all to find out that the selling party had breached and cancelled our contract for his own personal reasons. The seller also refused to sign off on the release... of our earnest deposit and downpayment from escrow. Jacob quickly remedied the situation, and offered us multiple legal options to pursue, all with its own benefit; the path in which we chose quickly brought this transaction to a close, with no damages sustained. I would definitely utilize Jacob's services again in the future.
